Letter of Intent & Terms
Please read the summary below, then confirm to submit your intent.
1. Nature of this Letter of Intent
This Letter of Intent ("LOI") is a good-faith, non-binding expression of your interest in evaluating and, if it suits your practice, adopting Viecare's AI-assisted clinical documentation and practice tools. By submitting this form you are not entering into a contract, incurring any payment obligation, or granting any exclusivity. Nothing here commits you to purchase, license, or continue using any Viecare product. You may withdraw this letter at any time, for any reason, by emailing hello@viecare.ai, and we will promptly remove you from onboarding communications.
2. What Viecare does
Viecare builds tools that help healthcare providers spend less time on paperwork and more time with patients. Our platform offers AI-assisted consultation documentation, structured visit summaries, and practice workflows designed to fit naturally into the way clinicians already work. The tools are intended to assist qualified professionals — they organize and draft information for your review, and every output remains subject to your judgment and sign-off.
3. Data we collect via this form
Through this form we collect your name, email address, phone number, medical specialty, and practice size. We use this information solely to contact you about onboarding and to demonstrate aggregate interest in Viecare to our partners and investors. Any interest we demonstrate externally is presented in aggregate or anonymized form only; your individual details are never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
4. Privacy & security commitments
We take the security of your information seriously. Data you submit is protected with encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and encryption at rest. Access is governed by role-based controls and limited to personnel who need it to support you. We practice data minimization — collecting only what is necessary for the purposes described above. We never sell your personal data. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to hello@viecare.ai.
5. HIPAA status
Once validation is complete, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) will be made available to U.S. practices prior to any handling of PHI. For India-based practices, Viecare aligns its data-handling practices with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP). This form is intended only to capture your intent to evaluate Viecare, and should never be used to transmit clinical or patient records.
6. Communications consent
By submitting this form, you consent to be contacted by Viecare via email, phone, and WhatsApp regarding onboarding, account setup, and relevant product updates. We aim to keep this correspondence useful and infrequent, and you can opt out of any channel at any time by letting us know or using the unsubscribe option in our messages.
7. No medical advice / no warranty
Viecare's platform is a support tool. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. The final responsibility for any clinical decision, note, or record always rests with the treating provider. During the early-access period the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing intent
This LOI signals intent only. It precedes, and does not replace, any definitive service agreement, order form, or terms of service, which will be presented to you at the point of onboarding. In the event of any conflict between this letter and a later definitive agreement, the definitive agreement will govern. Questions about this letter are always welcome at hello@viecare.ai.
